New Office Facility

Construction Completed: Fall, 2019
This new office facility for Grand Rapids based West Michigan Lighting and Controls is designed to be a living showroom for the lighting products in which they specialize. The reception lobby area features a variety of textures and architectural elements that can be used to highlight a variety of contemporary light fixtures.
The building also includes an open floor plan office area and multiple conference rooms as well as a large training room and café area for hosting workshops and other events.
